Description

Loimer Lenz Riesling is a dry Austrian Riesling from the Kamptal.

Austrian Riesling is almost always made bone dry, which sets it apart from the German model, and it grows best on the stony primary-rock terraces above the Danube and its tributaries. Lenz means spring. Fred Loimer works biodynamically at Langenlois and ferments with native yeast in large neutral vessels.

Serve at 9 degrees with trout, pork or Asian food. It develops over eight years.
