Description

Lokoya Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on Napa's western ridge above St Helena.

Spring Mountain is named for the springs that run through it, and it is wetter and more forested than the other Napa mountain districts, with sedimentary and volcanic soils. The extra moisture and cooler conditions give wines with a slightly finer frame than Howell or Diamond Mountain. Lokoya bottles each of its four mountain appellations separately.

Decant well ahead and serve at 17 degrees with beef, game or truffle dishes. It rewards twenty years or more.
