Louis Jadot Bonnes Mares Grand Cru 2023

Louis Jadot Bonnes Mares is a Grand Cru Pinot Noir from the boundary of Chambolle-Musigny and Morey-Saint-Denis.

Bonnes Mares straddles two communes and two soil types: white marl in the north giving structure, red clay in the south giving perfume, which is why the wine carries both power and lift. It is among the most highly regarded Grands Crus of the Côte de Nuits. Jadot works its parcel with native yeast fermentation and ageing in French oak, a portion new.

Decant and serve at 16 degrees with game, roast beef or truffle dishes. It rewards twenty years.
