Description
Louis Jadot Couvent des Jacobins is the house's regional Bourgogne Pinot Noir.
The Couvent des Jacobins is a former Dominican convent in Beaune that Jadot uses as its cellar, and the name goes on the regional wines. Bourgogne rouge draws from vineyards across the region, outside the village appellations, and is made for drinking young rather than cellaring. Maison Louis Jadot was founded at Beaune in 1859.
Serve at 15 degrees with roast chicken, charcuterie or mushroom dishes. Drink within six years.
