Description

Louis Jadot La Dominode is a Savigny-lès-Beaune premier cru from old vines on the Pernand side of the valley.

La Dominode is a section of the Jarrons vineyard reserved for the oldest plantings, and it produces the firmest, longest-lived wines in Savigny, a commune otherwise known for lighter reds. The soils are stony limestone with iron. Jadot ferments with native yeast and matures the wine in French oak.

Serve at 16 degrees with duck, roast beef or game. It will develop over twelve years.
