Description

Louis Roederer Brut Nature is bottled with no dosage at all, from a single parcel at Cumières.

Brut Nature means no sugar is added at disgorgement, which leaves nothing to soften the wine and demands fruit ripe enough to carry it. Roederer makes this from a single biodynamically farmed plot at Cumières in the Vallée de la Marne, in collaboration with the designer Philippe Starck, and only in years when the vintage allows. Each release is a declared vintage.

Serve at 10 degrees with oysters, sashimi or grilled fish. It develops over a decade.
