Louis Roederer Brut Nature Deluxe Rosé 2018

Louis Roederer Brut Nature Rosé is a zero-dosage rosé Champagne from the house's Cumières parcel.

With no sugar added at disgorgement, a Brut Nature shows the vineyard with nothing to hide behind, which is why Roederer reserves the style for its biodynamically farmed plot at Cumières and declares it only in suitable years. The rosé takes its colour from a portion of still red wine blended in, the traditional Champagne method.

Serve at 10 degrees with salmon, duck or charcuterie. It develops over a decade.
