Description

Louis Roederer Collection 245 in magnum, a multi-vintage blend drawing on the house's perpetual reserve.

The Collection series replaced Brut Premier in 2021 and is numbered by base harvest, making the blending explicit rather than hiding it behind a house style. Each release combines the base year with reserve wines aged in oak foudres and a perpetual reserve begun in 2012. Roederer was founded in Reims in 1776, has been led by the Rouzaud family since 1833, and owns an unusually large share of the vineyards it uses, now farmed biodynamically.

Serve at 9 degrees with shellfish, poultry or hard cheese. A magnum serves twelve.
