Lungarotti Brut Rosé DOC is a dry sparkling rosé from Torgiano in Umbria, made from Sangiovese and Pinot Grigio.

Lungarotti is the estate that put Umbrian wine on the map. Giorgio Lungarotti began bottling the wines of Torgiano, a small hill town just south of Perugia, in the 1960s, and the family went on to secure the area's DOC and later its DOCG. The estate remains family-run and is still the reference point for the appellation. Sangiovese, the backbone of its reds, gives this sparkling wine its colour and structure.

Serve well chilled as an aperitif or with cured meats, fried seafood and salmon.
