Lungarotti Dulcis 375ml NV

Lungarotti Dulcis is a traditional fortified sweet wine from Umbria, crafted from Trebbiano and other local white varieties harvested in early autumn. Rooted in a long-standing Italian tradition of dessert wines, it reflects both regional heritage and the estate’s commitment to classic, age-worthy styles.

Produced using fortified winemaking techniques, the wine undergoes extended ageing for around 24 months in small oak casks. This oxidative maturation builds depth, structure and complexity, while also shaping a more refined, balanced profile that avoids excessive sweetness. The result is a wine with both richness and a distinctive, drying finish.

This is a layered and long-lived dessert wine, combining sweetness with elegance - equally suited to classic desserts or savoury pairings like blue cheese and foie gras.
