Lungarotti Grappa di Rubesco 500ml

Lungarotti Grappa di Rubesco is a clear grappa from Torgiano in Umbria, at 45% alcohol, in a 500ml bottle.

Grappa is distilled from the skins, seeds and stalks left after the grapes have been pressed for wine. This one is made from the pomace of Rubesco, the Sangiovese-based red that made the Lungarotti family's name, and it is bottled young and unaged to keep the character of the grape.

Serve in a small tulip glass at cool room temperature after dinner, or add a little to an espresso for a caffè corretto.
