Description

AIX Dry White is a Provençal white from the estate better known for its rosé.

White accounts for only a small share of production in Provence, where rosé dominates, and it is usually built on Vermentino, known locally as Rolle, with Grenache Blanc or Clairette alongside. The estate lies at altitude north of Aix-en-Provence, which keeps the fruit fresh. The wine is fermented cool without oak.

Serve at 10 degrees with grilled fish, shellfish or a goat's cheese. Drink within three years.
