Makipai Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Makipai Sauvignon Blanc is a zesty, aromatic white from Marlborough for everyday drinking.

This grape is the region's calling card, and this one comes from a smaller label in the country's largest wine region. Vineyards on free-draining alluvial soils in the Wairau and Awatere valleys get plenty of sun by day and cool air at night. The result is ripe fruit with natural acidity, made fresh for drinking young.

Passionfruit, citrus and fresh herbs, bright and zesty. Serve well chilled at 7–9°C with goat's cheese, oysters, prawns or a green salad.
