Masciarelli Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC Linea Classica 2024

Masciarelli Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC Linea Classica is the estate's classic Montepulciano from the hills of Abruzzo.

Gianni Masciarelli founded the estate in 1981 at San Martino sulla Marrucina, in the province of Chieti, and did more than anyone to show that Abruzzo could produce serious wine. The estate is now led by his wife Marina Cvetic and has vineyards across all four provinces of the region, between the Adriatic coast and the Apennines. The Linea Classica is the original range, made to show Montepulciano in its most direct form.

An everyday red for pizza, pasta with tomato-based sauces, grilled sausages and arrosticini; serve at around 16 to 18 degrees.
