Massena Semillon Cellar Selection is a Barossa Semillon released with bottle age, showing how the grape develops over time.

Massena is a small Barossa Valley producer known for its interest in less mainstream varieties alongside the region's classics. Semillon has a long history in the Barossa, where it was once among the most widely planted white grapes, and old plantings remain on the valley floor. Semillon is naturally low in aromatics when young but gains texture, toast and honeyed depth with age, which is why this Cellar Selection is held back before release. Extended time in bottle before release lets that complexity build, and the wine is sealed under screwcap.

A textured, medium-bodied white for roast chicken, pork, smoked fish and creamy pasta; serve lightly chilled at around 10 to 12 degrees.
