Description

MDI Fiano is a Murray Darling white, Fiano grown in the warm inland country around Mildura.

The MDI label is built on the idea that Italian varieties suit this landscape rather than fight it, and the rest of the range - Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Ansonica, Picolit - comes off the same stretch of country. Fiano is a southern Italian grape bred for heat, holding its acid and its texture where others turn flabby. We hold no winemaking notes for this release.

Serve at 11 degrees. Good with grilled fish, a plate of calamari, or a spread of antipasti.
