mesh Eden Valley Riesling 2025

mesh Eden Valley Riesling is a collaboration between two of Australia's best-known Riesling makers.

The project brings together Jeffrey Grosset, whose name is synonymous with Clare Valley Riesling, and Robert Hill-Smith of Yalumba, a family with deep Eden Valley roots. Fruit is picked from Eden Valley vineyards and each party makes half of it separately, in their own way, before the two wines are blended, or 'meshed', to create the final wine. The result is a dry, fine Riesling with zesty lemon and lime, white flowers and refreshing natural acidity. Like all great Eden Valley Rieslings, it will age gracefully.

Chill and enjoy young with grilled prawns, sashimi or a Thai herb salad, or put a few bottles away to see it develop honeyed, toasty notes over the next decade.
