Mike Press Pinot Noir 2023

Mike Press Pinot Noir is a light, easy-drinking Pinot Noir grown on the family's Kenton Valley vineyard in the Adelaide Hills.

Pinot Noir needs a cool climate to keep its delicacy, and these hills are one of the few places in South Australia where it performs reliably. Height in the Mount Lofty Ranges means cool nights and a long season, giving red cherry and strawberry fruit with fine tannins and fresh acidity. The vineyard near Lenswood was planted by Mike and his family after his years with larger companies.

Silky and fragrant, with red cherry up front. Serve it lightly chilled, 14–16°C, with duck, grilled salmon, charcuterie or mushroom risotto, or just on its own after work.
