Mike Press Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Mike Press Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, unoaked Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc from the family's Kenton Valley vineyard.

Made simply in stainless steel with no oak, this is all about freshness and drinking young. The cool nights and long season of the Adelaide Hills suit the grape, which keeps crisp acidity and a lively mix of citrus, tropical and herbal notes. The family planted the vineyard near Lenswood after Mike's long career at bigger wineries, and they keep prices well below the local norm.

Zesty and refreshing, with passionfruit and citrus. Serve it well chilled, 6–8°C, as an aperitif or with oysters, goat's cheese, grilled fish or a summer salad.
