Millton Crazy By Nature Sirius White 2020

Millton Crazy By Nature Sirius White is an organically grown white from Gisborne on New Zealand's North Island, made for early drinking.

No synthetic sprays or fertilisers are used on the vineyards, and the work follows the biodynamic calendar. The winery was the country's first to gain organic certification, then biodynamic, and since its founding at Manutuke in 1984 the cellar has stuck to wild yeast, minimal additions and patience. This comes from the family's more approachable range, made the same natural way as their top wines.

Textural and fresh, with ripe fruit and a clean finish. Good with roast chicken, grilled fish, salads or a mild curry at 10–12°C; best drunk young.
