Millton Libiamo Chardonnay 2020

Millton Libiamo Chardonnay is a textured, biodynamically grown Chardonnay from Gisborne on New Zealand's North Island.

Manutuke, near the east coast, is where James and Annie Millton founded their winery in 1984, on warm, sunny country with fertile alluvial soils. They became the first certified organic producer in the country and later went biodynamic, farming without synthetic inputs. This range uses the same organic and biodynamic fruit and hands-off winemaking as the rest of their wines, with wild yeast and minimal additions.

Medium-bodied, with ripe fruit and fresh acidity. Try it at 10–12°C with roast chicken, pork, scallops or hard cheeses, while it is young and fresh.
