Description

MMAD Vineyard Rosé is a dry pink wine from old vines on the Blewitt Springs sands.

Fruit picked early specifically for rosé and pressed straight to tank gives the pale colour and savoury finish the style wants, and the sandy soils of Blewitt Springs give it perfume. The vineyard is dry-grown and low-yielding. Fermentation is cool with native yeast.

Serve at 9 degrees with seafood, salads or a long lunch. Drink within two years of the vintage.
