MMAD Vineyard Shiraz 2023

MMAD Vineyard Shiraz comes from old plantings on the sandy soils of Blewitt Springs.

Shiraz grown on Blewitt Springs sand is a different wine from the McLaren Vale norm: lighter in frame, more perfumed, with the structure coming from tannin rather than weight. The vineyard's age and the dry-grown farming keep yields naturally low. The wine is fermented with whole bunches and matured in seasoned French oak.

Serve at 16 degrees with grilled meats, lamb or a mushroom ragù. It develops over ten years.
