Mojo Moscato NV

Mojo Moscato is a light, sweet, lightly sparkling white made from Muscat.

Moscato is fermented only part-way so that natural grape sugar and a gentle spritz remain, with alcohol usually around five or six per cent. The style comes from Piedmont and has become a fixture of Australian summer drinking. The fruit is handled cool throughout to protect the Muscat aromatics.

Serve very cold at 7 degrees with fruit, pavlova or on its own. Drink young.
