Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a separate Wilyabrup vineyard the estate bought in 2000.

Ribbon Vale sits a few kilometres from the Moss Wood home block, on slightly different soils, and the estate keeps its wines separate so the site shows through. Margaret River's gravelly loam and ocean-moderated climate make Cabernet the region's most reliable red. Fermentation is in small open vessels, with maturation in French oak barriques.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with lamb, beef or a rich mushroom dish. It develops over fifteen years.
