Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Elsa Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Moss Wood Ribbon Vale Elsa is a Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon blend from the estate's second Margaret River vineyard.

The Bordeaux white pairing suits Margaret River's gravelly soils, with Semillon lending weight and Sauvignon Blanc the aromatics. Ribbon Vale has been part of Moss Wood since 2000 and its wines are kept separate from the home block. The estate is run by Keith and Clare Mugford, who have owned it since 1985. The wine sees a portion of barrel work for texture.

Serve at 10 degrees with seafood, salads or fresh cheeses. Drink over the next five years.
