Description

Motley Cru Prosecco comes from the King Valley, Australia's home for the style.

Italian families settled the King Valley in north-east Victoria after the Second World War and turned from tobacco to vines in the 1980s, which is why the region grows more Italian varieties than anywhere else in the country. Glera arrived from the late 1990s. The wine is made by the tank method, with its second fermentation in pressurised tank.

Serve cold at 7 degrees as an aperitif or with antipasti and fried food. Drink young.
