Description

Motley Cru Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp dry white from central Victoria.

Sauvignon Blanc picked early in a cool Victorian season gives citrus and herb rather than tropical fruit, closer to the Loire than to Marlborough. The wine is fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled young.

Serve at 9 degrees with seafood, salads or goat's cheese. Drink within two years.
