Description

Mount Horrocks Rosé is a dry pink wine from the estate's organic Clare Valley vineyards.

Clare's cold nights keep acidity in fruit picked early for rosé, and pressing straight to tank rather than bleeding juice off a red ferment gives the pale colour and dry finish. Stephanie Toole has run Mount Horrocks since 1993 and the vineyards at Watervale are certified organic.

Serve at 9 degrees with salads, seafood or a summer lunch. Drink within two years.
