Mountadam Eden Valley Riesling 2025

Mountadam Eden Valley Riesling is a dry white from one of Australia's two great Riesling regions.

The Eden Valley's altitude, old weathered soils and cold nights give Riesling the lime and floral character and searing acidity that mark the Australian dry style. Mountadam's vineyards sit at the top of the ridge, above 500 metres, and are certified organic. The fruit is pressed gently, fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled young without oak.

Serve at 8 degrees with seafood, salads or Asian food. It will develop for a decade.
