Mountadam Five Fifty Rosé 2021

Mountadam Five Fifty Rosé is a dry pink wine from the estate's high-altitude organic vineyards.

Fruit picked at 550 metres in the Eden Valley comes in with acidity intact, which is exactly what a dry rosé needs. The Five-Fifty range is the estate's early-drinking tier. The juice is pressed straight to tank rather than bled off a red ferment and fermented cool to keep the wine crisp and pale.

Serve at 9 degrees with salads, seafood or a summer lunch. Drink young.
