Mountadam High Eden Milton Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Mountadam High Eden Milton is a single-block Cabernet Sauvignon from the estate's highest vineyards.

Cabernet at 550 metres ripens weeks after the Barossa floor, which gives fine tannin and a leafy, blackcurrant profile rather than sheer weight. The Milton block is bottled separately in the estate's top tier. Mountadam has farmed the High Eden ridge since 1972 and is certified organic. Maturation is in French oak, a portion new.

Decant and serve at 17 degrees with roast lamb, aged beef or hard cheese. It rewards fifteen years.
