Description

Mountadam Pinot Noir Chardonnay is a traditional-method sparkling from the estate's high Eden Valley vineyards.

Sparkling wine needs fruit picked early with high acidity, which is what a vineyard at 550 metres delivers naturally. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the Champagne varieties and the estate grows both. The wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle and spends time on lees before disgorgement.

Serve at 8 degrees as an aperitif, or with oysters and fried food. Drink on release.
