Description

Mt Difficulty Roaring Meg Sauvignon Blanc is a zesty, citrus-driven Sauvignon from Central Otago.

Named after a fast-flowing stream in the Kawarau Gorge, the Roaring Meg range is Mt Difficulty's fresh, early-drinking label. Central Otago's dry, sunny days and cold nights help this Sauvignon keep a bright, crisp line. Expect lime peel, lemongrass, fresh-cut herbs and ruby grapefruit, with a gentle touch of fruit sweetness balanced by stony, mineral acidity. It is unoaked and bottled young to keep that freshness.

Serve it icy cold with fish tacos, freshly shucked oysters or a Greek salad.
