Description

Munro Valley Sparkling Brut comes from Gippsland, in Victoria's cool south-east.

Gippsland stretches from the Latrobe Valley to the coast and is one of the coolest parts of mainland Australia, which suits sparkling production: fruit picked early with high acidity is what the style depends on. Brut indicates a dry finish.

Serve cold at 7 degrees as an aperitif or with canapés. Drink young.
