Description

Murdoch Hill Sulky Riesling is a dry white from the Adelaide Hills in South Australia, made from Riesling.

Sulky is one of Murdoch Hill's named cuvées. The Adelaide Hills sit high enough that nights stay cold through summer, and that swing is what holds acidity in Riesling grown in an otherwise warm state. We do not hold winemaking notes for this vintage.

Adelaide Hills Riesling is typically bone dry and lime-led, with a firm acid spine and no oak. Serve cold at around 8 degrees with oysters, salads, or spicy South-East Asian food.
