Murdoch Hill Sulky Riesling 2025

Murdoch Hill Sulky Riesling is a single-block dry white from the Adelaide Hills.

Riesling in the Hills is floral and slightly softer in acidity than Clare or Eden Valley, thanks to higher rainfall and cloud cover. The Sulky block is bottled on its own, named after another horse-drawn carriage. The fruit is whole-bunch pressed, fermented cool and bottled dry without oak.

Serve at 8 degrees with seafood, salads or lightly spiced dishes. It develops over eight years.
