Description

Nanny Goat Single Vineyard Queensberry Pinot Noir comes from the winery's home site in Central Otago.

Queensberry sits on terraces above the Clutha River in the Cromwell basin, on free-draining glacial soils, and the schist and gravel there give Pinot Noir concentration with fine tannin. Bottling a single site separately shows what that patch of ground does. The wine is fermented with whole bunches and matured in French oak.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, venison or a mushroom tart. It develops over ten years.
