Description

Nanny Goat Super Nanny is the winery's flagship Pinot Noir, made only in the strongest vintages.

Super Nanny is a selection of the best barrels from the estate's Central Otago fruit, released in small volume. The region's continental climate, with hot days and cold nights on glacial and schist soils, gives Pinot Noir the concentration a wine like this is built on. Fermentation uses whole bunches, with maturation in French oak, a portion new.

Decant and serve at 15 degrees with duck, venison or truffle dishes. It rewards twelve years.
