Nautilus Estate Cuvée Marlborough Brut is a traditional-method sparkling wine built on Pinot Noir with Chardonnay.

Sparkling wine is a long-standing part of the range at this Hill-Smith family estate, and the cuvée is made the traditional way, with its second fermentation in bottle followed by extended maturation on yeast lees. Marlborough's cool nights keep acidity bright in both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, while the Pinot-dominant blend brings richness and a distinctive nutty bouquet. Long ageing adds biscuity, yeast-derived complexity, and the wine finishes dry and lingering, with a fine bead and creamy mousse.

Serve it well chilled as an aperitif or with oysters, sashimi and even fried chicken. A good choice for celebrations when you want real complexity in the glass.
