Nautilus Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2025

Nautilus Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from one of the region's long-established family estates.

The Hill-Smith family, owners of Yalumba, chose Marlborough in the 1980s, when the region was building its name for pungent, zesty Sauvignon Blanc. Their Sauvignon Blanc is made to show that regional intensity alongside a little extra texture, and it has become one of the estate's best-known wines. Marlborough's combination of bright sunshine, cool nights and free-draining soils gives the variety its trademark punch. The 2025 has lemongrass, blackcurrant bud and grapefruit aromas, lime zest on the palate and a mouth-watering finish with a textural edge.

Chill it well and enjoy with goat's cheese salad, green-lipped mussels or fish and chips. Best within a couple of years of vintage.
