Description

Neudorf Rosie's Block Moutere Albariño is a rare New Zealand bottling of the Galician white variety.

Albariño holds high acidity and gives a saline, citrus-driven wine in its Atlantic home, and growers in cooler New Zealand sites have found it translates well. Rosie's Block, bought in 1999 and named for the founders' daughter, is certified organic and dry-farmed on sandy loam in the Upper Moutere hills. Neudorf has farmed here since 1978.

Serve at 10 degrees with shellfish, grilled fish or a salad. Drink within four years.
