Neudorf Rosie's Block Moutere Chardonnay 2023

Neudorf Rosie's Block Moutere Chardonnay comes from an organic block bought in 1999 and named for the founders' daughter.

Rosie's Block sits higher than the Home Block, at around 80 metres, on sandier loam rather than clay, which gives a lighter, more elegant wine where the Home Block gives power. The estate split the two apart as separate bottlings once the barrels showed how different they were. Both blocks are dry-farmed and certified organic.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, fish or a soft cheese. It develops over eight years.
