Description

Neudorf Rosie's Block Moutere Riesling is made bone dry from the estate's organic hillside block.

Nelson is the sunniest wine region in New Zealand, but the Moutere hills' clay and gravel soils and the estate's dry farming keep yields low and acidity high, which is what a dry Riesling needs. Rosie's Block sits at around 80 metres and is certified organic. The wine is fermented out completely rather than left with residual sugar.

Serve at 8 degrees with seafood, salads or lightly spiced dishes. It will develop over eight years.
