Description

Neudorf Tiritiri Pinot Gris comes from sun-drenched north-facing slopes near the estate's home vineyard in Nelson.

Pinot Gris suits Nelson's long, sunny autumns, giving ripe pear and orchard fruit with enough acidity to stay dry rather than broad. The Tiritiri range is Neudorf's accessible tier, beside its single-block Moutere wines. The estate has farmed here since 1978 and is led by Rosie Finn with winemaker Todd Stevens.

Serve at 10 degrees with pork, roast chicken or a soft cheese. Drink within four years.
