Description
Nick O'Leary Bolaro Shiraz is a single-vineyard red from the Canberra District at Murrumbateman.
The Canberra District sits at around 600 metres on the inland side of the Great Dividing Range, which makes it one of Australia's genuinely cool-climate regions despite being far from the coast; its Shiraz is peppery and medium-bodied, often co-fermented with a little Viognier. Nick O'Leary started his label in 2007 and has become one of the region's leading producers. The Bolaro vineyard is bottled separately.
Serve at 16 degrees with lamb, duck or grilled vegetables. It will develop over ten years.
*Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is accurate; however, variations can occur. If you are after a specific vintage, please contact us prior to ordering.
