Description

Nick O'Leary Riesling is the winery's regional dry white, blended across Canberra District vineyards.

At around 600 metres, the Canberra District has the cold nights that give Riesling its acidity and aromatic lift, and the region has become one of the country's best for the variety. Nick O'Leary has won repeated trophies for this wine since starting the label in 2007. It is pressed gently, fermented cool and bottled dry without oak.

Serve at 8 degrees with oysters, salads or lightly spiced food. It will develop for a decade.
