Description

Nick O'Leary White Rocks Riesling is a single-vineyard wine from the Canberra District.

The White Rocks site takes its name from the quartz in its soil, which drains hard and keeps vine vigour low. Canberra's altitude and cold nights do the rest, giving Riesling the lime and chalky acidity the region is known for. The wine is fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled dry, with no oak at any stage.

Serve at 8 degrees with oysters, ceviche or a goat's cheese salad. It will age for a decade or more.
