Nick Spencer Ardor Rosé 2026

Nick Spencer Ardor Rosé is a dry pink wine from Gundagai in southern New South Wales.

Ardor means heat or passion in Latin, in keeping with the range's naming. The fruit is picked early specifically for rosé, which gives the acidity and pale colour the dry style needs, and Gundagai's elevation keeps the nights cool through ripening.

Serve at 9 degrees with salads, seafood or a summer lunch. Drink within two years.
