Nick Spencer Unum GSM 2024

Nick Spencer Unum is a Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre blend from Gundagai in southern New South Wales.

Unum means one in Latin, the three varieties made into a single wine. Gundagai sits on the inland slopes between the Riverina and the alpine country, warm enough to ripen Mediterranean varieties while the altitude keeps the nights cool. The blend follows the southern Rhône model: Grenache for perfume, Shiraz for depth, Mourvèdre for structure.

Serve at 16 degrees with roast lamb, sausages or a tagine. Drink over the next seven years.
